Boylston, Hynes, and Symphony are the only underground stations that aren't ♿ accessible. The rest are above ground stops that are basically just sidewalks. I'm not sure how to make the sidewalks compliant, it more depends on the trolleys themselves I'm guessing.

How do you go on trips anywhere? You have three car seats / bases in your house for when you use a zip car?

I don't think this will get NIMBYd. Diesel is slower, louder, smellier. Literally no advantage for those that live near tracks.
The only issue would be the construction but honestly that's like a few months (hopefully) of hassle.

Unpopular opinion on this sub, but a consequence of being a very tenant friendly state is that landlords make potential renters jump through a bunch of hoops to make sure they're not stuck with 6 months of rent to cover while they wait for the eviction process. It's kinda like Harvard...hard to get into, easy to stay in.

Why can't they just skip committee stuff and just bring the vote to the floor.
Anyways, just gave $20 to Warnock. Hopefully they can just get to 51 votes and control the committees.

Yea I misspoke in my initial post and said "last summer." Meant to say " this past summer." So meaning summer 2022 not 2021.

$5000/month is around 750k with 20% down with rates in the high 6s. Depends on if it's a rez exemption town too.

"Last summer" denotes jun-sept 2022, no?
Edit: shocked that this is indeed not the case.

Sry, I am assuming 20% and zero or 1 point interest 30yr fixed (so like high 6s). Locations listed in the post.

I'm gonna get down voted to hell on this sub for the slightest mention of a negative externality of bicycle use but here goes.
It's not bicycle lanes themselves, but the "no right on red" signs that go up with bike lanes that definitely cause more traffic.

What does "protect" customers mean? Like someone hacks into the car and floors it into an intersection or Mark Zuckerberg just knows where I am all the time?
