Before and After Science is probably the closest to capturing the same range of sounds/moods on Another Green World, with some poppier nods similar to Warm Jets.

It's my 3rd of 4th favorite Eno (in contention with Apollo)

I used to also leave a decent rock on my bin to weigh it down, the guys seemed to get the hint and put the rock back in my bin after they emptied it.

Goofy and imperfect, but definitely helped with the runaway bins.

the way people leave their recycle out is mind-boggling. light items like empty plastic jugs and hollow boxes on top. no lids or attempt to pack things in a way to weigh/secure them
