Wrights chicken farm, it’s got a capacity of around thirteen hundred people. They are also the first job for just about half the town. Seriously every kid in high school ether works there or knows a classmate that does.

Edit: they also have an attached gift shop that’s pretty nice. Despite the name they are not the same company as the dairy farm of the same name.

Seconding the work and culture museum. It’s an absolute awesome look into the history of not only the city but the area and it’s history of mills as a whole.
