Bergenfield has a place my wife goes to, don't remember the name though. It's by the railroad tracks in that town if that helps.
She grew up in Mexico, and she likes that place, so it must be good.
She also likes the one in Closter. So do I.

Reply to What are the *specific* benefits we can anticipate from the wind farms off the coast? by 3kool5you
Offshore wind produces more energy than onshore. Wind in general is complementary to solar, as it produces more at night and in the winter, when solar is either producing nothing or very little.

Simple remedy: Noxzema. No lie. It has eucalyptus oil, and it acts as a repellent. Look it up. I actually use it in the summertime when I go out. I know I'm good when my wife faints as I go by: she's sensitive to smells.

I went to Fordham (he once famously said that without the football it was merely medieval studies) and live in NJ, so I guess I'm twice blessed or something?

FYI the Hessians weren't hung over, they were TIRED, because the NJ militia had been harrassing them without mercy. GW knew this and took advantage. There was a storm that night which provided a screen for them so that they were practically on them before they knew what was up.

Reply to comment by everythingist in Why do cosmologists say that gravity should "slow down" the expansion of the universe? by crazunggoy47
Yeah I haven't thought much about this since college but I do remember curved geometries being introduced and the idea that the issue with whether or not the universe would eventually collapse in on itself was a function of which way the universe was curved.
Probably not remembering it right, but your comment jogged my memory.
