Yeah we timed it for a new moon on a chilly march long weekend. The stars barely tinkled and we didn’t need our flashlights. It was just incredible.

I stayed for a few days in capitol reef national park in Utah. It has one of the darkest skies in the country. It was absurd how many stars there were. I knew it would be a lot but I wasn’t really ready to feel like I could almost run my hands through them like sand, they were so many and seemed so close. It was pretty overwhelming and I want to go back so bad.

Man I love living in the future. I wonder how they are able to account for possible issues with micro-cracks at the edge of the channels inside the closed object. Just normal x-ray?

I feel like they should do a full throttle hold down test for at least a few seconds to make sure they aren’t going to blow the pad apart while it’s fully stacked.

Sounds like a tagline for the old pressy ecstasy pills in the 90s.

Possible but not worth the cost in retrofit when they can just roll the vehicle.

That’s what I was thinking. Either they burned through it or the back fell off. Either way they lost command authority and thrust.

Call 811, then call your county or city permitting office. Tell them what you are doing and see what the code is. They are almost always super helpful a can answer your questions to make sure you aren’t going to have to tear the building down once they resurvey your grid with a satellite and discover it.
