Oh but they do- if the fields are sprawling enough. There’s paths abound, always.
Happy the kid was found.

I like the idea of a cake with a prize inside! I had heard of baking a bean or a radin into a cake as a “ who gets it “ kinda thing before - I just wasn’t sure just it was called/what the practice was for. Til.

This is not a thing in NE. What’s a king cake? I hope it’s delicious.

I’m personally not a fan of Greek style pizza - but everyone I know is and swears by Pizza house in Great Barrington. They easily make the best spanakopita I’ve ever had ( seriously, it’s never dry, perfect cheese to spinach ratio- and the slices are huge). So I imagine their pizza is true to greek style.

We do. And just in case you don’t know this, we also have sharks. And they like seals.
So if your swimming and see a seal it’s best to get out of the water.

Depends on which one you want to be in, he has many of Main Street Stockbridge and surrounding areas.

Stockbridge. You’ll be in a Norman Rockwell painting, literally. Not much to do there though.

That’s when you buy another, get the part you need( as long as it’s not something major) and then return it for faulty manufacturing.

For sure, just go downstream, there’s some beautiful pools. It’s understandable why it’s restricted. I’m surprised it didn’t happen decades ago since many people have died jumping off the falls. I feel like it was only in the last handful of years that it became restricted, after they weren’t able to recover a body.

Grew up right around the corner, so I’m very familiar with the area/recognized the summit etc. Aside from the upper and lower parking lot/trials and hiking over the river and above the falls, I haven’t explored beyond. Do they still do camping NY side? Have always wanted too, but never got around to booking a site.

I thought I recognized the summit/valley below :) Was thinking maybe there was a different park/trail I was unfamiliar with and wanted to ask for potential exploring possibilities. Either way, great shot.

This bash bish? ( above the falls) I can’t remember if it’s in mt. Washington( I know half the park is in MA, the other in NY)- but I know You drive through the town to get there. Either way, I’m curious what trail this is.

Bizen has great Japanese, Baba Louis was already mentioned but I’ll second it, both Bizalions and Rubis offer a European cafe vibe ( great sandwiches/imported cheeses/order at counter type thing). Bistro box is also great, although be prepared to stand in line for 30+ minutes and then another 15 or so to get your food.
Edit: while not lunch, Naumkeag is doing their annual pumpkin show and it’s a nice fall activity if your looking for that sort of thing. You’ll need to buy tickets ahead of time though.

Guidos is $$$. A beautiful store, and their prepared food section A+, but it’s pretty expensive.
