Censorship, Forced inclusion and political correctness often meets more retaliation than simply leaving them be. Over time people change and usually for the better when they can decide for themselves rather than being told what a terrible person you are for having different views.
I know a few ex racist because they made that conclusion on their own and realized it wasn’t what they felt but was lead to think.

Nah, I’m drawn to money. I worked office work and now work a trade. Being more physical does increase T-levels.

Reply to Black and Hispanic hairdressers are exposed to a complex mixture of chemicals, many of them unknown, potentially hazardous, and undisclosed on product labels, researchers report. There are more than 700,000 hairdressers in the United States, more than 90% of whom are estimated to be women. by MistWeaver80
Wouldn’t it be easier to say Hairdressers are exposed to unlabeled chemicals. Which would be illegal under OSHA since employers are supposed to provide SDS and clear labels for any chemicals.

The parent company is called Meta now. I am doing work at one of there Data centers and it’s not really Facebook anymore but Meta.
Zuck even made news over the controversy for taking the IP name from another smaller company.

Yeah if you have things that can be up-cycled or re-used this is vital. Can even make a little bit of cash.
I sold I-beams and doors from a demo job. Even old window frames can get a few bucks from someone wanting to do a craft.

It’s steel and concrete. What’s not safe about it?
If it was painted or plastic or some other material with a lower burn temp yes it would be dangerous.
