Thanks for sharing this but none of these have a pharmacist on duty, just over the counter stuff.

I needed a medicine urgently the other night and drove to several 24/7 pharmacies only to find over the counter stuff.

That's really weird. Any CVS that's open 24-hours has their over-the-counter stuff available, since it's all just sitting out on the shelves. I wonder if the person who maintains CVS' website screwed up and accidentally marked a bunch of stores that are open 24-hours as also having "24/7 pharmacies". I was surprised how many the CVS website said there were in the DC area.

For what it's worth, I know the CVS in Ellicott City, MD is indeed a "24/7 pharmacy", or at least it was a few years ago when I last had to get a prescription filled in the middle of the night.

Send a complaint on CVS' website, and hopefully next time you need it, their website will have been corrected.

It says here that the pharmacy at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore is open 24/7/365:

Rite Aid's website says they have one 24-hour location in Owings Mills, MD.

Walgreens' website says they have one 24-hour location in Carney, MD but the pharmacist takes a meal break from 1:30am-2am
