I think it depends; I'm a cis woman and I use soap around my hoohah every time I shower and I have 0 issues with my little crotch biome

I can only recommend to talk to your OBGYN. I’d be lying if I say I’ve never done that until my doctor told me to stop because it messes up your PH balance
