[Major Spoilers]Loudermilk appreciation post

I got to know about the show through a video where Loudermilk wakes up and chooses to destroy the barista. The show is really good, I've watched only 1 season so far. Ben's character is well written in terms of the conflict he goes through. Him secretly drinking with guilt and Memphis choosing him for how he is exactly like loudermilk minus the douchebag traits which I think he developed because he is off the wagon. Ben too does careless driving while drunk just like loudermilk used to before he changed and I think Loudermilk was chirpy like Ben when he used to be a music journalist travelling with fun bands.

I hope seasons 2 and 3 are equally good. For those of you who didn't watch the show and ignored spoiler flair, to compare, this show is like bored to death, schitt's creek..

We just started this as well, 3 episodes in. Loving it. I do hope some network or streaming service picks it up for a 4th season. Peter Farrelly said he was sure it would happen so we might get lucky.

The Tom/Cutter storyline stands out to me as one of the most stressful (but hilarious) things I've seen in a comedy series

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the first season so I’m sad to report there is a steep drop in quality thereafter. I watched seasons 2 and 3, but they didn’t leave me wanting more as season 1 did. They felt very muddled. That said, there are still intermittent great and hilarious moments, and I’d watch another season. It just doesn’t quite fire on all cylinders like that first season in my opinion.

I agree, just started season 2, I even felt the drop towards the end of season one. The writing is pretty weak in spots. It's entertaining/short enough that I'll probably finish it.

I adore this show. The funniest scene was will sasso banging that AA members sex doll when he was house sitting for him. And also that one dude being forced to box a midget cause he was trying to treat them as equals

I just found this show like 3 days ago. I think I’m on ep. 8 of season 1. It is better than I expected so far :)
