Lake Shore has a few units available but will be closer to $1000 a month. Best apartments I’ve lived in while in Springfield though. Great staff and never had any issues. Actively helped us make a quick move from our old place that was a hazard to live at and even worked with us to moved units within the complex when our dog had a medical diagnosis that resulted in us having to move to a first floor unit.
