When everyone regardless of their socioeconomic status gets a no strings attached stipend from the government.

it so funny that people actually think there would be UBI. But some people believe in santa claus, god & eastern bunny, so it shouldn't be a surprise.

alternative? Same as we do today with people with addiction, mental health problems etc. leave them to live in streets.
