I've unfortunately been to VVC twice for my cat in the past few months, and they were slammed both times. One of the times I went to pick up my cat after a short stay there, it was 2 hours just to get discharged. They were telling people coming in that it would be at least an 8-hour wait and they should drive to Fredericksburg, and I'm pretty sure they eventually locked the doors so nobody new could come in. This is a badly needed addition to the city.
