Yeah it makes it so hard to visit these days. Plus with their food being heavy I'm hesitant to have it for lunch as well... I'd have been back a few times but the hours don't work for me.

Like how hard would it be to have a few nights

Is there a reason why? I understand how renowned they are, but I don’t understand how any restaurant could do enough business in 12 hours per week to be profitable.

And what am I supposed to do? Take off work so that I can go?

Same, I can never make it there for the new hours. I'm just assuming they're really understaffed.

I could make the weekend hours but man perly's mid day feels like it's somewhat giving up the rest of the day because of how full I would be.

I thought the understaffed thing would work itself out but man at this point IDK.
