I've got a lot of old but working gear, like analog HP scopes, single-board computers, Adafruit breakout boards, radio gear, etc. Is there someplace that might actually reuse rather than just recycle them?

eBay or craigslist would be too much hassle.

Google "Pittsburgh maker space" and pick one

Ask around some local amateur radio clubs, they’ll likely want some of the stuff. Both Pitt and CMU have radio clubs, they would certainly appreciate donated equipment

I've wanted to learn how to use a scope for the long time, I'd happily put one of yours to use.

I got into diy audio projects a few years ago (1 small ss amp, 1 large pp valve amp, couple sets of speakers, and 1 fixed vintage cd player so far). I'm good at building things, but haven't really learned how to diagnose things yet.

To clarify, the radio stuff I don't need is mainly embedded systems stuff (900MHz and 2.4GHz transceiver modules, for Raspberry Pi class systems), not consumer or ham gear.
