There have been plans to refurbish it for decades, nothing has ever come of them

Ofc, the funding hasnt been there. Doesn’t mean that this project still can’t eventually get that funding however. I think thatd be a cool thing for everyone if that happens. https://www.ssusc.org/redevelopment
