TLDR: Climate change resulting in rising average winter temperatures and La Nina resulting in storms not conducive to generating snow in the region

The latest we've ever gone without measurable snow is Jan 29, and it's looking like we'll blow past the record this winter season :\

The La Niña system stays strong and will stay strong for the rest of winter. Next 10-14 days are pretty warm overall. I’ll stick with my prediction.
