Judaism is exceptionally pro-women. The overwhelming majority of Orthodox Jewish women want to have a lot of kids, they want to be mothers, they don't want to have a career. They think it's their mission from God to have lots of children. What's the problem? Go to any orthodox Jewish woman in Brooklyn and ask her if she's happy and I guarantee you the answer will be a resounding "Yes".
