Do you think they have a dedicated person writing these in the main office, bouncing them off Co-workers?

I'm imaging a bunch of people in an office, bouncing these off each other.

"Hey, how about 'cluck cluck, buckle up'"?

"Nah, that's no good. It's Thanksgiving, chickens go cluck! Turkeys go "gobble"....hmmm...how about 'Gobble Gobble, lay off the throttle'"?
