Chicken parm doesn’t exist anymore? You may need to get out more lol

Not like it used to. There were delis all over making this from scratch. They hardly exist anymore.

CT almost has more pizzerias and Italian restaurants than people. This take is insane lol

And you lived in New Haven for like 3 years. I've been here my whole life. What I am getting at, is that the crap that most places call chicken Parm is fucking Sysco chicken tenders with marinara and shit mozzarella. There are some great places left, like Liuzzi in North Haven. There used to be Italian delis across New Haven that made Chicken Parm from scratch. Maybe you can recommend a great chicken Parm? My guess is if you could have, you would have. Dip shit.

I’m born and raised in East Haven, what are you talking about? Liuzzi, P&M, Nica’s, Nonna Gina’s, Scarpellino’s, literally any decent pizza place, all make great chicken cutlets and by extension, chicken parm.

Nica's isn't my favorite. If you check the comments, you'd see I recommended P and M. (And Liuzzi). The old school style that I'm talking about is still found at Liuzzis for sure. Any pizza worth a damn sells pizza and not much else in my opinion.
