Where does this ice cream exist in Southern NH? Went to Manchester, Hookset and Bedford MB, Shaws and Hannafords. Nada. Nothing this year and Ive been casually keeping an eye out since Thanksgiving.

In a pinch some vanilla ice cream and peppermint extract will do the trick. If you add your own candy cane shards don't cut yourself.

We go through periods where we can't find it, but the Nashua Hannaford usually has Brighams peppermint stick. Website says it's in stock right now, although I find that is sometimes wrong.

Love Brighams Peppermint Stick.. heading to Nashua tomorrow.

That's the consolation prize for the fact that it's usually the only brand they have - at least it's the best one. Fingers crossed for you!

Haywards in Merrimack has it. You can get it in a pint too.

Here in my town. They carry shains of Maine and Gifford's. Newbury farms. Also, as it's a definite crack cure for my sister and I friendly's brand. Hello fellow peppermintstick ice cream addict. I have a pint of each brand in my freezer!

Wow - I've seen tons of it up in the lakes region. IIRC I saw it at the Walmart in Rochester earlier in the week (Hood?)

We buy it at Market Basket in Nashua but it's a seasonal thing.

It is most certainly not a seasonal thing! You can get Brighams peppermint stick ice-cream year round. I eat it all the time.

It may not be for Brighams but there are other brands that I only mostly see in the summer.

Hayward's in Nashua has it all the time, when they are open (Other locations may not). It's a bit pricier than going to the supermarket, but it's also better.

Kimball Farm has it too - probably at all of their locations. Jaffrey is convenient for the monadnock region, and Westford MA isn't too much of a drive from south central. If you've never been to the Westford location, it's a complete zoo. Just a warning!

Shaws in North Conway always has Brigham's peppermint stick, but they never have Brigham's frozen pudding, which is definitely seasonal. You can only find that at Market Basket. Our Market Basket can not open soon enough (if they can find anyone to staff it).
