BELLY is borderline terrible but there are moments, particularly the opening sequence. Warning: the rest of the film does not slap like this

DEAD PRESIDENTS would be the superior version to BELLY but feels less like hiphop and more like good Blaxploitation. I also recommend MIAMI VICE (unrated cut)
