While it’s not excusable, that’s likely from a homeless guy that’s been staying there for the past couple days. I saw him in that exact spot just this morning while on my run.

Yeah most likely, just wish to coexist without litter. I would hate to see this neighborhood become littered like manhattan.

Funny you say that, career/family/busy lifestyle doesn’t necessarily allot much time to go sweep up the neighborhood. We pay taxes for a reason.

No but your options are clean it yourself or demand more from your local government by way of litter clean up. I’ll let you figure out on your own which one is the bigger waste of time.
