Where can I make a noise complaint??

Forgive me if this information is readily available somewhere I'm not seeing... but where do I make a noise complaint? There are four wheelers riding up and down the street doing tricks and running red lights (cool?) and making a ton of noise at 11:30pm (uncool.). This kind of thing is not uncommon near me and I haven't found any info about who I should reach out to about it.

Last time i called the non emergency # to complain about the next door neighbor doing construction work at 9-10pm, I got a call back within 15 minutes from the on site officer. They said they were outside the neighbor’s house but didn’t hear anything. Apparently, they stopped before the police showed up. Tbh, I called with the expectation that they wouldn’t show up or show up too late. But I was really surprised they came so quickly.

Good luck though. Neighbor was having an I sanely loud party (music shaking my windows) and I called multiple times - no one showed up. Later learned others on the street did the same thing.

We should start a kickstarter to replace them with electric versions. Much less noise for us, much more torque to throw them into traffic.
