I feel bad to say I hate it. It sucks so bad compared to this knock off brand charger I bought for my trip earlier this year. Unfortunately my other one broke and have yet to ship it out to be replaced. This MagSafe battery does not charge quick and doesn’t charge to 100%. I’m was at 47% about an hour ago and I’m barely at 57%. Maybe I’m being picky but this battery charger is not it for me. Am I being irrational? I wanted to like it but I absolutely I hate it 😭

They’re not like other battery packs which emulate a socket charger and just charge the battery up nonstop. Think of it more like a battery extender to use for keeping the battery % high and charged on days you know will be battery-intensive, it kind of ‘drip feeds’ the battery to keep it at a higher level this way.

Its weird at first because we’re so used to using these kind of things when the phone’s low, but with some thoughtful use you’ll get a lot more out of it this way and it’s better for battery health long term!

Hope that makes some sense!

They’re not for quick charging or whatever, but if the phone has 10% battery left they keep it going until you get to a real charger

The Apple one? It’s not the best. It’s not for those that want the iPhone to go from 10% to 100%

It really isn’t. You’d think apple would make it amazing to use. I would encourage off brands before this.

You would think so but here is apple making something so bad and people still buy it up like there’s no tomorrow. And they’ll justify and defend their purchase or just because it’s an apple product here on reddit. Apple could literally sell these people a block of shit and they’ll love it.
