I have FBA print app on my 6s and just transferred everything over to my 13. This app is no longer on the App Store so it didn’t transfer over. It’s still on the 6s and working fine. Is there any way to manually transfer it over?

Nope. Likely even if you somehow copied it over, it wouldn’t run.
