I bought an iPhone 14 Pro and didn't set it up as a new one. I used quick start to transfer data from my old iPhone 11 to the new iPhone.
After a few days of use I didn't notice difference in battery duration from the iPhone 14 Pro to my old iPhone (84% battery life). I deleted some apps that I didn't used before but I noticed that using the iPhone to do what I used to do, the battery duration showed a much smaller improvement from my old iPhone than I expected it to happen.
I use my iPhone to take pictures, read some content on Safari, listen to music on Spotify and watch videos on youtube. I usually do this over WiFi with bluetooth on (to connect to my airpods pro).

My doubts are:

- Should I notice a significant change in battery life?
- Can the fact that I used quick start instead of setting it up as new impact battery life?
- What is the average battery life of your iphone 14 pro and how do you use it?
- I noticed that the camera uses a lot more battery than I expected, is this normal?

Yes.
The phone needs time to index and is likely why you are seeing the battery usage you are seeing.
That doesn’t matter as everyone is going to be different.
Yes it’s normal, the camera and processing software are more powerful so it’s going to use more battery over the 11.
