I buyed a iPhone SE 1. gen from ebay....but the owner of this phone locked me out of the phone. I have to type in the Apple ID and Password, that i don't have. Does anyone know, what i can do about it?

eBay always sides with the buyer, get a refund by opening a claim assuming it was sold as not locked. If it was sold as non working because of it being locked then it’s on you for not reading more about the item before you bought it. Also, “buyed” is not a word and should be replaced with “bought”.

Come on, give them a break. It's very possible that English isn't their native language and they don't know the nuiances.

They weren't rude or nasty about this correction... why wouldn't they be appreciative for the information?

The poster not only gave OP good advice about how to deal with eBay, but also a very gentle hint about correct English. There's no reason to take it as aggressive or negative.

Like u/anythingmakessence said, open up a claim with eBay assuming that the listing did not say the device was locked or non-working.

Best move. Verify the listing states it’s a unlocked and working phone, then open a case. eBay favors the buyer 99% of the time.
