Maybe go with the Qudelix 5K if you don't mind wires. Don't go for the FiiO BTR5 or other Bluetooth amp/DAC dongles as they have less features and are usually more expensive.

More info on Qudelix 5K (Bluetooth amp/DAC dongle), latency, and Bluetooth stuff here: https://www.reddit.com/r/headphones/comments/10ky4ay/bluetooth_codecs/j5ttlgw/

The Qudelix 5K is often out of stock these days and so you'll probably have to import it from Korea if it's not on Amazon USA.

Anyway, after the FiiO UTWS3/5 TWS adapter, I don't use cables anymore. So all my amps/DACs/dongles/etc. are just collecting dust unless I'm testing new IEMs/headphones.

You just have to mind the battery life and like if the IEMs or adapters/converters are too heavy then be careful with fast movements.

Here's more info on TWS adapters like the FiiO UTWS3/5, KZ AZ09 Pro, etc. alongside adapters/converters, AptX Adaptive dongles (KB9P, YET-T10P, etc.), and so on needed for them: https://www.reddit.com/r/HeadphoneAdvice/comments/10hfuxn/wireless_earbuds_for_gaming_with_plugin_to/j58i33j/

Make sure you get the MMCX version of the UTWS3/5, here's more info about why (it's mainly due to IEMs that have recessed 2-pin ports, like the popular Moondrop lineup, etc.): https://www.reddit.com/r/HeadphoneAdvice/comments/v3hs92/iems_help_need_a_new_pair/iaz200a/

Here's a more direct link for the adapters/converters required for the different IEMs and headphones: https://www.reddit.com/r/HeadphoneAdvice/comments/t3v7wp/looking_to_make_my_arias_wireless/hyv14dn/
