I use Alton Browns pretzel recipe.
Recipe including the relevent Good Eats clip
Keep in mind you will need a pretty beefy stand mixer as the dough is very dense and hard.

I first saw that episode before going to bed for a sleep study. Watching Good Eats before trying to sleep is a bad idea.
