Now that's an appropriate curry to rice ratio. Did you make the curry sauce from scratch, or did you use a mix/roux blocks?

Omg I’m so excited for my boyfriend to come home tonight and bring me homemade chicken katsu that I literally just requested from him before I saw this picture! I’m preggo and craving this soooo bad and he’s the best sushi chef and makes amazing katsu🤤 he said of course he will bring me some.
