That's actually very recent data. It takes a long time to gather census data, which is very comprehensive. But yes, things have definitely changed since then. Do you have any good sources that show an accurate picture of current vacancies?

I don't, but I'm just saying that after these two years of COVID in particular, the numbers will most likely be very different. Sorry, didn't mean to sound like I was dismissing your data.

No worries, no offense taken. You do make a good point. It's not just housing, but almost all economic measures will look wildly different than historical average in the past two years.
