I loved this book! I thought the premise was unique, the writing was great, and yes, I was guessing who to trust all the time.
I read it a very long time ago, so I can't really help you dig into details because I don't remember it well enough, but it's great to see someone else who loved it too! I recommend it to people, but I only know one other person who's read it.
I want to say the author wrote one other book that I read, but I'd have to go back and look to be sure.

I had so many theories… I even thought at one point maybe Dr. Nash was actually her son Adam because I was thinking that maybe Adam was alive after all… I did not trust Ben. Then I did trust Ben. Then I didn’t trust Ben again 😂 I even thought maybe he was somehow poisoning her or something, giving her some kind of medicine that made her forget things.. but I never suspected the actual ending!! I loved the twist

I didn’t post this for suggestions but, while we’re here…. Read anything else like it?

Well, not as unusual a premise, but definitely some twists and turns that keep you guessing.
{{Gone Girl}} is the obvious one.
Anything by Harlan Coben - he's pretty good at it!
Linwood Barclay often has some twists.
Lisa Gardner is another one that is pretty good at that.

Loved gone girl. I’ll check out those other authors, thanks!

YW!
The others are more traditional mysteries, but keep you guessing.

I've just downloaded Before I go to sleep but based on these recommendations, I would also say My Lovely Wife by Samantha Downing is a good read that really made me think of gone girl!
