I have a nostalgic attachment to Vaccaro’s and the smell of their butter cookies.

Cafe Poupon and Patissere Poupon, my wife and I got our wedding cake from there and get a few slices once or twice a year to celebrate. Berger cookies for a more casual treat. The PB round from G&M is great too

At this moment through December, the pumpkin cheesecake at Pâtisserie Poupon is queen.

From January to early November, the queen is Smith Island Cake from SugarBakers.

The half-baked blondie at Food Market. Although, full disclosure, last time I got it it wasn't nearly as good as it had been in the past. Hopefully that was just one odd off night.

My wife and I had dinner at Foraged last week. The entire meal was phenomenal but their apple pie cheesecake and chocolate pot were the best desserts we've had in a long time.

Taqueria El Sabor del Parque does delicious tres leches and flan. Best I’ve found in this area. The dessert I loved most was the chocolate pot topped with evoo at Faddensonen, but they don’t make it anymore.
