> Police responded to a call at 12:05 a.m. to find six people who were shot, according to police sources, on the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue. The police report did not identify Hall in the shooting, but friends and family on social media are mourning the passing of the 32-year-old Hall, a father of three. One other victim was listed in critical condition, while the others are in stable condition. Hall was pronounced dead on the scene.

Awful. R.I.P.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. I worked out with "lightning bug" when Baltimore boxing was still in Fells Point and I went to his new gym in Mt. Vernon a few times as well. He was a tough coach but very patient and helped a lot of new fighters. He was just as nice as the article describes. May his memory be a blessing to others.

He coached a lot of kids and they all loved him. I hope there will be a funeral so they can go pay respects and support each other if they want to.

I really can't believe BPD doesn't keep a constant presence at that fucking strip mall. Oh no wait, it's BPD yea I believe it.

I can’t believe there’s no description of the vehicle. Are cameras not everywhere these days?

BPD actually busted 12 members of a gang that was running out of that Princess Plaza strip mall last summer. It wouldn't surprise me if that crew had destroyed any cameras that could watch them and it also wouldn't surprise me if BPD just went 'job done' and stopped caring about that corner right after the bust.

Maybe it was mistaken identity. I can’t imagine him having an enemy in the world. But guess we’ll never know, because somehow no description of the car, or camera footage from anywhere. Not even the gas station, really? No traffic cameras in any of the surrounding blocks? Nothing at all? This father disappears from the face of the earth and they’ve got nothing?

Yea hopefully there's a reason they haven't realized that info, like they have a lead or something and not that they don't have anything at all to go on.

Whole thing is just sad all around.

I worked with him in a most unlikely setting. He will always be remembered by me for his cheer, good heart nature, and the chaos he created on a shift one day by telling us one bit about his person views of the world. It was all the staff could take about behind the scenes for almost two hours. Such great memories with him. Miss you bug. I hope you ended up where ever you wanted.

I still think of Bug as a kid, unbelievable. Hadn't seen him in years and meant to go check out his new gym. Fucking sad, I hate his city sometimes.
