Gas stations with mini marts. Often at grocery stores as well. You'll also see honor sheds along the road with bundles for 5 or 6 bucks. The Exxon in Coupville probably, or the Red Apple Market.

If you just want a little wood check with the park or campground - many sell it for cheap, although some might have stopped now that it's so late in the season.

Also take a look on your local FB marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist. Bulletin boards at feed stores are good too.

There is usually wood for sale at hwy 20 and Race rd. Also I think most grocery stores sells bundles good enough for an evening campfire. No burn ban as of now.

Where is there not a burn ban right now?

There are different agencies issuing bans and it is very confusing. SWCAA has a burn ban in effect, NWCAA has both messages saying burn ban in effect, and burn ban lifted scrolling on their site with no dates.

Hello, I love camping with a real fire but so many places in the woods don't let you have a real fire.

The dude is going camping at Fort Casey, there's nowhere anywhere near or on the way to cut wood. Suggesting going and cutting your own in this case isn't helpful, nor their condescending tone. And as you say "buy where you burn".

I suppose that's why it was downvoted.

Thank you! Actually Winco in Edmonds has the wood bundles a little under $5 right now. Not a bad price considering the economy. We use a few every Winter in our insert. Wife loves a good fire.
