You would think with the dire problems California is having, they would put that money toward water, pollution, infrastructure, education, homeless …problems.

$15 million is a drop in the bucket for California. Plenty of room in the budget to work on all of those things.

They can’t even govern the illegal crops. Cartels have farms everywhere and they don’t have the capacity to go after them.
