Wasn't there a coup in Bolovia some time recently? One that coincide with half of the world's reserve of lithium being there, and the country wants to nationalise the mines.

I don't see this as a good news for India, to be honest.

Lithium is #3 on the periodic table.. it's plentiful, but almost always in a chemical compound with other elements.

The biggest reason nobody knew about it is that nobody looked. The salt flats of western US have it, but how to extract it from compounds is usually the issue

Our constitution is pretty coup proof. We've never had a coup. Our armed forces defend Our constitution, not the government.

Yes, and the British government supported the facist government to oust the dude who was democratically elected. Because he wanted to Nationalize the Nation's resources.
