Don't have a dog if you can't take care if it. You have no right to try and fill your needs of companionship but not have the ability to meet that poor creatures needs.

You clearly didnt read the story. He had the dog before he was on hard times. I hope nothing bad eve happens to u. This is a tough approach to life.

So he should just put the dog in the shelter system and/or have it put down instead of trying to get into a home for both of them?
