To be fair, I’m not going to mistake a cat for a brown recluse, also I’ve never been scratched or bit by a cat and had it hurt more than a second.

You’re lucky. I’ve needed stitches from cat injuries and they weren’t even trying to hurt me. Just happened to be on my lap when someone rang the doorbell.

i love cats but also theres rabies and infections if you get clawed by poopy claws.

i still love my cat but if she scratches or bites it always draws blood. high stakes cuddles

I love cat and I am owned by two of them, but as a healthcare worker, I have seen patients loose a hand because of infection caused by a cat attack.

They must've been filthy humans. I don't understand how anyone can let an infection get to that point.
