As the title says. I'm looking for Volvo mechanic recommendations in or close to Providence. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a Volvo dealer on Broadway in Pawtucket. They probably know what they're doing.
I personally have nothing but good things to say about Steingold Volvo, incredibly nice staff there compared to other premium/luxury dealers I’ve dealt with
Double down on your sentiment. Great dealership. Though nothing Volvo related is cheap. But then again, nothing car related is anymore.
Steingold Volvo
Not In Rhode Island but Made in Sweden on Mink Street in Seekonk was my go to place when I had my ‘08 S60. Rick the owner is a very honest mechanic and is very straight forward as to what you need and what you don’t when you bring it in for service. I heard mixed reviews of Swedish Motors since they changed ownership but only went there once years ago and had no complaints.
Yeah Rich is dope. Haven't had him fix anything just do an inspection, nice guy and everything felt honest
I had good luck with Dalzell Brothers. I know Foxboro is a drive but they did better by me than Steingold in The Bucket.
Lol Rhode Islanders man… foxboro is only 25 min away 😂
Made in Sweden on Mink St in Seekonk
I give Swedish Motors another vote

Go to Emerald Auto in Bristol. They will take good care of you
Fred is fair and a great mechanic. He has taken care of our older cars for years. 1972 MB 220D, Volvo 240, etc you cannot go wrong with him.

Swedish Motors specialize in Volvos and Saabs, seem to be where most folks around me with Volvos go, and are pretty well regarded. Just across the Prov/Pawtucket border on East (Hope) near Lippitt Park. Haven't taken a car there myself, but at least this is what I've heard.
