Flash food app. Deals are dependent on the store but the quaker lane stop and shop has had some good produce boxes. I got 13 pomegranates for $2.50 the other day

I would love to know too! Also any wholesalers that sell to individuals?

- Restaurant Depot has decent pricing and you can request a day pass
- A number of places do Cash & Carry without advertising it. I was surprised to learn that Quality Food in Providence has a C&C counter
- Confreda Farm. They do amazing deals all year-round anyways but during the summer you can just drive around to their wholesale side and buy what you need. Their "canning tomatoes" are my favorite
- Farm Fresh is good for local stuff. Not always the cheapest but it's my go-to come canning season

Stop and shop frequently has produce on clearance that are still good. It’s usually on a shelf somewhere in the back of the produce section

In addition to FlashFood, try TooGoodToGo. There are sometimes produce deals on there under "Groceries"

Some options are Hope Market in Rumford: https://wesharehope.org/hope-market
RI now has Flash Food (you need to install the app) and you can get discount close to sell by date food. I think it's mostly through Stop and Shop, they usually have $5 fruit and veggie boxes
Project Hand Up in Warwick, but they fill your trunk, you must take all, and only some of it will be fruit and veg.
