Correct, it’s in Bellingham. When I lived in the area that was my go to spot. I regret not discovering it earlier.

Just moved to the area from Texas and eat pho once a week. Vons is the best pho I’ve ever tasted and the owner is there everyday. Last time she was making her own Sriracha

Only thing is they are only open for take out before 4pm on weekdays. She said they don’t have the staff. Lot of young high schoolers wait tables there
