Does anyone have a list of the others Gov Wolf pardoned? Any other notable cases?

Doubtful.

Wolf instituted an expedited board of pardon review for marijuana possession charges. It's been around for years. This looks like one of those. Just happens to be that the rapper is a notable person to point out in that group.

Oh shit, yeah, my friend got that pardon too. You just had to be eligible and apply for it.

I know the DOJ (federal) usually posts a PDF announcement for each presidential pardon/commutation but I wasn’t sure if Pennsylvania had an equivalent.
