My participation was in December 2021 and I got my results back today. I did the interview by phone for me and my two kids that were over 5 years old. You can do that or in person when you go for blood draw. It was about 90 minutes I think. We moved pretty quick but was a lot of questions. Then we went in for the kids neuro tests/interview with a representative. That took about 30 minutes each kid. We all got blood drawn which was pretty quick. They sent us urine collection containers in the mail which we froze and took with us on our in office visit. The office I went to is in Warminster. Unsure if there are multiple locations.
