On what grounds?

> The victim was later interviewed at a Children’s Advocacy Center, where she alleged that she had talked to Johnson at Sheetz on occasion and that he had asked her age. She remembered him saying he was either 20 or 21. The victim’s sister had previously told Johnson to leave the victim alone and told him how old her sister was.

Unless she helped cover it up I don’t think she could even be charged with accessory after the fact. What I interpreted was she was only aware of the advances and (and please someone correct me if I’m wrong!!) not at the scene when this took place which is not enough to charge her.

I believe the article is referring to an earlier encounter as it says they had spoken on occasion before this incident.

For what exactly? Because she found out what happened and alerted their parents?

The article only says "previously". There is nothing that says the sister was there that night with her. You think that night was the only time either of those girls was ever at Sheetz?
