Had Colin Hay done Overkill acoustic before Scrubs? Not quite original, but hit differently and I’ve always associated the solo acoustic take with the show.

"Green is the Colour" by Pink Floyd

a lesser known gem from their album "More" which was the soundtrack to a movie of the same name. Never seen the movie but LOVE that song.
