Free electric, too! Walmart is a very good option. Also you are generally on camera, witch is good if there is any trouble.

Walmart is openly friendly to it. A hotel parking lots will due depending upon the size of your vehicle (they may question an RV sitting for 6 days).

Try not to park in the same place too many nights in a row. It's best to rotate. Pull in as late as you can, and leave as early as you can in the morning.
Walmart, cracker barrel, and home depot generally allow overnight parking. Call the specific stores to ask permission if you don't see anyone else parked there. Usually you'll notice a bunch of vans and RVs parked at the back of the lots.
Other ideas - truck stops, rest stops, neighborhoods with a lot of street parking, streets near apartments, or apartment parking lots that are plenty large/ near businesses, and any business that's open 24/7.

Not much of an atmosphere, but you won’t have trouble at a wal-mart parking lot. Plus you can grab supplies/bathroom access.

Hmm don’t wanna repeat any other suggestions here so maybe a 24 hour McDonald’s? If you have one nearby that is. I dont see why they would care and they usually have parking spots off to the sides away from the building. And if you get hungry, you can get your grub on.

I have actually been doing this for six months. 24 hour gym parking lots are a good one, Walmart parking lots also just along the side of residential streets. I personally stay at a 24 hour YMCA parking lot so I can take a shower/use the restroom whenever I need to.

There are some warming shelters in churches or around buildings like that, that have free parking lots for overnight parking only a 5-7 minute walk from the areas. I know Augusta has a few and other big cities.
