Head waters of the presumpscot, royal river from Elm st bridge to the ocean. Nezinscot river ~3 miles to where it meets the Andro. Any pond or lake that is not ice covered provided you do not fish from ice to water.

What do you fish for in the winter? The Stripers are all gone, right?

Salmon, sea run browns, and brookies. Brackish part of mousam is awesome during the winter. Have fun.

My favorite time is first week of January to second week of March, Rogers Park is a great spot. Just be careful when wading, use crampons and a stock when going into the water. Ive personally taken a few mod March spills in the deeps and it wasn't fun lol

Yes yes yes and good fishing to be had. Slow fishing but usually action. Frozen eyelets the biggest issue. Often warmest when your chest deep in the water with a good pair of waders.
