Vegetarians tend to eat eggs. You may want to check their menu, there are likely still many options that don't have meat or eggs. Lots of pastas, salads, flatbreads, veggie burgers, etc. It's an overwhelmingly huge menu.

Flora probs fancier than ION. I’ve walked into both and usually sit at the bars.
I would recommend a reservation for more popular times, because flora is in a popular part of west Hartford.
A quick google shows me you can make reservations online for flora.
Ion isn’t super fancy or anything though, it’s connected to a market lol. Doesn’t look like they do online reservations, maybe call?

Flora in WeHa, and my vegan daughters can also always find something good at Zohara, and there are MANY vegetarian options.

Maybe not the most exciting option, but the Cheesecake Factory is great for vegetarians. I am vegetarian, and it's one of the only restaurants where I actually get to choose from a variety of options. Plus, cheesecake. It's in Blue Back Square in West Hartford.
